How long does delivery take?

We get your order ready within 48hrs. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on where you are.

Where will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details to ensure smooth delivery.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by logging into your account and checking your order status. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number, which you can enter at www.ram.co.za to get real-time updates on your delivery.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We ship to most locations across South Africa with a flat delivery fee of R65.

What is your return policy?

We only offer replacements for bottles that have factory defects. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.

How long do your fragrances last?

We use a higher concentration of fragrance oils for a richer, longer wear.

Do your perfumes smell the same as the originals?

We go beyond just picking quality oils - we obsess over getting the scent profile just right. The result? Most people can’t tell the difference. The only thing they do notice is how bold and long-lasting our scents are compared to the originals.
