2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of purchasing goods.

You are ordering from within South Africa.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Process: Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Orders are processed upon successful payment.

3.2 Pricing: Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect already confirmed orders.

3.3 Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and EFT payments.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

4.2 Delivery Fee: A flat-rate delivery fee applies to all orders.

4.3 Risk and Ownership: Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.

5. Returns & Replacements

5.1 Eligibility for Replacement: Only bottles with a verified factory defect (such as leaking or damaged packaging) are eligible for a replacement.

5.2 Replacement Request Period: You must request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond this period will not be processed.

5.3 Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at info@primefragrances.co.za with details and photographic evidence of the defect. Approved replacements will be processed promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, and branding on this website, is the property of Prime Fragrances and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prime Fragrances is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
